Thai boxing (or Muay Thai) is a combat sport (martial art) that has been developed in Thailand. It is known also as “the art of eight limbs”, because both hands, elbows, knees, and legs can be used to attack an opponent.

A sport in which two opponents struggle hand to hand to pin or press each other’s shoulders to the mat or ground, with the style, rules, and regulations differing widely in amateur and professional matches.
Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ)

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is grappling with the use of a traditional Gi, which allows you to grab the clothing of your opponent.
1 HOUR | WEDNESDAY 5:30PM | FRIDAY 5:30PM
No Gi is grappling without the traditional uniform, instead you wear shorts and a rash guard. No-Gi you cannot grab your opponent’s clothing.

A sport where the object is to either throw one’s opponent to the ground, immobilise or otherwise subdue one’s opponent with a grappling manoeuvre, or force an opponent to submit by joint locking the elbow or by applying a choke. Strikes and thrusts (by hands and feet), as well as weapons.
